Alborz Herbs is run by a very dedicated and professional team who takes additional measurements to supervise the process of product preparation. Our team of experts are present from harvesting, collection, handling, sorting, cutting and double-sorting, testing stages to special packaging and safe transportation to the destination. The moisture content, active ingredient, aroma, and colors of our products comply with the world standards. Alborz Herbz prides itself on having a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and strives to form the best cooperation experience to the customers through maintaining product quality consistency. In Alborz Herbs, quality comes first and we do not sacrifice quality for price.

Quality Goals in Alborz Herbs

Our most significant goal is ensuring conformance to customer requirements. In particular, this goal is realized through ensuring conformance to external and internal standards and procedures which enables us to facilitate traceability. We providing objective evidence to our customers while furnishing a basis for mutual trust. Together with multiple plans in Quality Management, Quality Control and Quality Assurance for the organization’s products, services, and projects, we put our utmost energy to provide a basis for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality management system.

However, the whole process of production to shipment is carried out in three stages:

Supply

Our main supply is provided from our farms or farms which we have contracts with to produce the products with high level of standards. Alborz Herbs’ products follow the requirements and obligations of three internationally recognized systems for Quality Managements which are ISO 9001, HACCP and Halal. Regularly, our agricultural engineers supervise the different stages of cultivation and harvesting. Our policy is that the products which do not match these standards are not allowed to enter the next stage of production. Products are selected based on their content of active ingredients and microbial and pesticidal characteristics in Alborz Herbs.

Preparation Process

Products enter our main factory only after being confirmed as having the required standards. The products are essentially controlled regarding their microbial and pesticidal features with our own lab that guarantees microbiological control, and physical characteristics such as color, aroma and appearance. At first, products are taken to the raw material storage to be carried to the sorting line. The environment is clean and since we handle food-related ingredients, we avoid any kind of contamination by maintaining the place neat and also, training our staff to follow the regulations. Afterwards, the products are generally carried to the sorting line to perform mechanical double sorting, color sorting, zigzag air sorting, sifting, and finally hand sorting. These stages may differ according the type of product. The stages are controlled regarding the quality and if the quality is not confirmed, the product is turned back to the previous stages. Consequently, our products are packed in special packaging and according to our customers’ requirements.
